The new carrier already has a similar agreement with Cellcom

Golan Telecom Ltd. and Partner Communications

Ltd. (Nasdaq: PTNR; TASE:PTNR) have signed an agreement to

share masts and antennae.

The sharing of antennae is relatively new and will allow Golan Telecom not to have to build more of its own antennae. Golan Telecom already has such an agreement with Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE:CEL; TASE:CEL) and the two sharing agreements will allow the new carrier to meet its commitments for deployment of a national network.

Sharing antennae is encouraged by the Ministry of Communications and albeit less enthusiastically by the Antitrust Authority.
