Hot Mobile offers new NIS 29.90 monthly plan

The plan is for new and existing subscribers and after four months the rate will rise to NIS 99.90 per month.

New customer-starved HOT Mobile Ltd.has prompted the carrier to launch a suicide campaign: an unlimited plan for new and current subscribers at NIS 29.90 per month for four months. The rate will then rise to NIS 99.90 per month.The plan aims to boost the new carrier’s subscriber recruitment rate, which has slumped in the past few months to just 1,000 net new subscribers in June.

The slump in subscriber recruitment puts Hot Mobile at a disadvantage against its competitors and is probably well short of the carrier’s business targets, as the current rate of recruitment makes it hard to see how it will reach its target of one million subscribers.
